Compass was born from this simple question.
Nearly 30 years ago, a group of people with disabilities faced the possibility of losing the services they depended on.
That question led to an organization that now serves hundreds of individuals, employs hundreds of staff, develops technology, hosts industry events, and partners with leaders across the human services field.
Today, Compass Solutions exists to share what we’ve learned along the way.

Over nearly three decades, Compass has experienced many of the same challenges facing disability service providers today.
Some lessons came through success. Others came through failure.
All of them shaped the tools, systems, and strategies we now share with others.
