Catalyst Summit Conference
Building Stronger I/DD Organizations
Leadership. Innovation. Culture.
Coming Fall 2027
The future of I/DD depends on more than passionate people. It depends on strong leaders, healthy cultures, innovative thinking, and organizations built to last.
Catalyst Summit is a new leadership experience bringing together leaders from across the I/DD community to learn, connect, challenge their thinking, and explore what more is possible for their organizations and our industry.
2027 Theme: Designed for Possibility
What becomes possible when leaders have the space to step outside the day-to-day, learn from one another, and think differently about the organizations they’re building?
Catalyst Summit is being designed for leaders who want more than another conference filled with presentations.
Expect meaningful conversations. Practical ideas. Fresh perspectives. Opportunities to learn from leaders inside and outside the I/DD community. And a room full of people who care deeply about building organizations that are better for the people they serve and the people who work within them.
Who Is Catalyst Summit For?
Catalyst Summit is for leaders and aspiring leaders committed to strengthening I/DD organizations, including:
This Won’t Be Business as Usual.
Catalyst Summit isn’t being designed as another compliance conference, regulatory update, or vendor expo.
We’re creating a leadership experience centered around the things that shape strong organizations:
Leadership. Culture. Workforce. Innovation. Organizational health. Sustainability. And the future of I/DD.
There will be opportunities to learn—but also opportunities to talk, connect, wrestle with ideas, share what’s working, and learn from other organizations.
Because sometimes the best idea you take home doesn’t come from the stage. It comes from the person sitting next to you.
